At classicsuit.store, we are committed to ensuring you look impeccable. Given the premium nature of our formal wear, we maintain the following standards:
- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: All items must be in brand-new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with original tags, labels, and packaging (including suit covers/boxes) intact. Any item that has been altered, dry-cleaned, or shows signs of wear is non-returnable.
- Refunds/Exchanges:
- Exchanges: If the size isn’t right, we will gladly exchange it for a different size, subject to availability.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded via your original payment method (or store credit), minus shipping costs, after our team inspects the garment.
- Process: To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the suit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
